Acceptance of Terms
By accessing and using Alvento's services, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.
Our Services
Alvento provides the following technology services:
- Web application development
- Mobile app development (iOS & Android)
- Desktop application development
- AI/ML solutions and implementation
- Hardware systems development
- Cloud infrastructure and DevOps
- MVP development (15-day delivery)
Project Terms
Project Scope
All projects will be defined by a detailed scope document that outlines deliverables, timelines, and requirements. Any changes to the scope may result in additional costs and timeline adjustments.
Timeline
We commit to delivering MVPs within 15 days and full projects according to agreed timelines. Delays caused by client-side factors (delayed feedback, content provision, etc.) may extend project timelines.
Payment Terms
Payment terms will be specified in individual project agreements. Typically, we require a deposit to begin work, with milestone-based payments throughout the project lifecycle.
Intellectual Property
Client Ownership
Upon full payment, clients own the custom code and deliverables created specifically for their project. This includes source code, documentation, and project assets.
Alvento Rights
Alvento retains rights to general methodologies, frameworks, and reusable components developed during projects. We may use these for future projects and internal development.
Third-Party Components
Projects may include third-party libraries, frameworks, or components subject to their respective licenses. Clients are responsible for compliance with these licenses.
Client Responsibilities
Clients are responsible for:
- Providing accurate project requirements and specifications
- Timely feedback and approval of deliverables
- Providing necessary content, assets, and access credentials
- Testing and quality assurance of delivered solutions
- Compliance with applicable laws and regulations
- Payment according to agreed terms
Limitation of Liability
Alvento's liability is limited to the total amount paid for the specific project. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. This limitation applies to the fullest extent permitted by law.
Confidentiality
Both parties agree to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information shared during the project. This includes business strategies, technical specifications, and proprietary information. Confidentiality obligations survive project completion.
Termination
Either party may terminate a project with written notice. Upon termination, clients are responsible for payment of completed work. Alvento will provide all completed deliverables and source code upon final payment.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Italy. Any disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration or in the courts of Italy. For projects involving our Pakistan office, local laws may also apply.
Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of modified terms.
